You may have heard that a glass of wine a day is good for you, your doctor may have also recommended it but here is how we see things.

Wine has many benefits, particularly red wine due to it’s high level of anti-oxidants and polyphenols which reduce the risk of degenerative disease, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Also, alcohol can also improve blood flow and reduce your risk of blood clotting in the body.

Like anything you can eat or drink that is deemed ‘healthy’, the benefits only come when consumed in moderate amounts.
