Meet Dad Thomas, he’s a family man with 3 kids and used to be very active, but after getting married and having kids he gained a lot of weight.
He’s tried Diet Chef, Lighter Life and Slimming World always ending up gaining more weight that he had lost. He saw the doctor and was told to start making changes if he wants to be around for his kids due to high blood pressure.
Wanting to be a role model for his family, he’s turned feeling ashamed about his body into a feeling of confidence and he hasn’t looked back! Today we discuss his journey and how he’s lost 36.4 pounds in 13 weeks whilst doing very little exercise.
